Welcome to Christian Family Vacation Rentals. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and submitting a vacation rental listing. By using this website, submitting a property, creating an account, or purchasing a listing plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Our Website
Christian Family Vacation Rentals is an online directory that helps visitors discover vacation rentals that may be a good fit for Christian families. We are a listing directory only. We do not own, manage, inspect, operate, book, or guarantee any rental property listed on this website unless specifically stated in writing. All bookings, payments, rental agreements, deposits, cancellations, refunds, damages, safety issues, and disputes are handled directly between the guest and the property owner, host, manager, or booking platform.
2. Listings Are Submitted by Property Owners or Managers
Property owners, hosts, or managers are responsible for making sure their listing information is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading. This includes, but is not limited to: property descriptions, photos, amenities, pricing, location, availability, house rules, safety information, cancellation rules, and booking links. We may edit, reject, pause, or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. No Guarantee of Bookings or Income
We do not guarantee that a listing will receive views, inquiries, bookings, traffic, revenue, or any specific results. Featured listings may receive more visibility on the website, but we do not guarantee placement, ranking, clicks, inquiries, or bookings.
4. Free Trial and Paid Listing Plans
We may offer a 6-month free trial for eligible property listings. After the free trial ends, the listing will convert to a paid monthly plan unless it is cancelled before the trial ends. Current listing plans are:
Standard Listing: $29 per month
Featured Listing: $79 per month
Prices may change in the future, but we will provide notice before applying a price change to an active subscription.
5. Automatic Monthly Billing
By signing up for a paid plan or a free trial that converts to a paid plan, you authorize Christian Family Vacation Rentals and/or our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You are responsible for cancelling before your next billing date if you do not want to be charged.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your listing subscription by: emailing us at [your email address], or
using the cancellation option in your account, if available. Cancellation will stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or specifically agreed to in writing.
7. Reminder Before Trial Ends
For free trials, we may send a reminder before the trial ends. However, you are responsible for tracking your own trial period and cancelling before the paid subscription begins if you do not wish to continue.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise required by law, listing fees are non-refundable once charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [your email address] within [7–14] days of the charge.
9. Owner Responsibilities
Property owners, hosts, and managers are solely responsible for: complying with all short-term rental laws, zoning rules, HOA rules, permits, licenses, taxes, safety rules, insurance requirements, and occupancy limits; making sure the property is safe, clean, lawful, and accurately represented; handling guest communication, booking, payment, check-in, check-out, damage claims, refunds, cancellations, and disputes; maintaining appropriate insurance for short-term rental use.
10. No Legal, Safety, or Property Verification
We may review listings for general quality or fit, but we do not guarantee that any property is legal, safe, licensed, insured, available, or accurately described. Visitors should do their own research before booking a property.
11. Nondiscrimination Policy
Listings and property owners must follow all applicable fair housing, public accommodation, and nondiscrimination laws. No listing may include language that discriminates against or excludes people based on legally protected characteristics, including race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, or familial status.
12. Prohibited Listings and Content
We may reject or remove listings that contain: false or misleading information;
stolen photos or copyrighted content used without permission; discriminatory language; unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate content; spam, scams, or deceptive claims;
properties that violate applicable laws or platform rules.
13. Photos and Content Permission
By submitting photos, descriptions, logos, or other content, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it. You give Christian Family Vacation Rentals permission to display, edit, crop, resize, promote, and share the content for purposes related to your listing and our website.
14. Website Availability
We try to keep the website available and working properly, but we do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website at any time.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Christian Family Vacation Rentals is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, claims, disputes, cancellations, payment issues, unsafe conditions, inaccurate listings, or problems arising from a rental property, booking, guest, owner, host, or third-party platform. Users and property owners agree to use the website at their own risk.
16. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party websites, booking platforms, property websites, social media pages, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, actions, or services of third-party websites.
17. Changes to These Terms
